The public contracts mentioned in this Book are subject to the rules on payment periods set out in Section 2 of Chapter II of Title IX of Book I.

The public contracts mentioned in this Book are subject to the rules on payment periods set out in Section 2 of Chapter II of Title IX of Book I.
The public contracts referred to in this Book are subject to Titles I and III of Act no. 75-1334 of 31 December 1975 relating to subcontracting.
The purchaser may terminate a public contract referred to in this Book under the conditions laid down in Book I. The purchaser may terminate a private law contract referred to in this Book under the conditions laid down in the Civil Code.
For the amicable settlement of disputes between the parties to a public contract mentioned in this Book, the provisions of Chapter VII of Title IX of Book I are applicable, with the exception of the provisions relating to the advisory committees for the amicable settlement of disputes.
The public contracts mentioned in Chapters I to IV of Title I of this Book are subject to the rules on electronic invoicing set out in Section 1 of Chapter II of Title IX of Book I of this Part.
Section 3 of Chapter VI of Title IX of Book III of this Part relating to the control of the cost of contracts awarded by the State and its public establishments is applicable to the public defence or security contracts mentioned in Chapter V of Title I of this Book.
Notwithstanding article L. 2500-1, the public contracts mentioned in 4° of article L. 2512-5, insofar as they relate to the public rail passenger transport service, are governed, for their award and performance, by the provisions of article L. 2121-17-1 of the Transport Code.
