Chapter I: General rules applicable to the concession contracts mentioned in Title I, with the exception of those relating to public passenger transport services by rail

The concession contracts mentioned in this Book are not subject to Titles I and II of Book I of this Part.

The award of the concession contracts mentioned in article L. 3214-1 is subject to the publication of an award notice under the conditions laid down by regulation.

The provisions of articles L. 3132-4 to L. 3132-6 apply where applicable.

The concession contracts referred to in this Book are subject to the rules on payment periods set out in Section 2 of Chapter III of Title III of Book I.

The concession granting authority may terminate a concession contract referred to in this Book under the conditions set out in Book I. It may terminate a private law contract referred to in this Book under the conditions set out in the Civil Code.

For the amicable settlement of disputes between the parties to a concession contract referred to in this Book, the provisions of Chapter VII of Title III of Book I shall apply.

The concession contracts referred to in Chapters I to IV of Title I of this Book are subject to the rules on electronic invoicing set out in Section 1 of Chapter III of Title III of Book I of this Part.
