Section 2: Adaptation provisions

For the application of the regulatory provisions of Book I in New Caledonia:1° In article R. 3121-6, the words: “and that a report be sent to the European Commission if it so requests” are deleted;2° In article R. 3122-1, the second paragraph is deleted;3° In article R. 3122-2, the words “in the Official Journal of the European Union” are replaced by the words “in the Official Journal of New Caledonia”;4°…

For the application of Article D. 3133-2 in New Caledonia : a) The words “to L. 3133-3” are replaced by the words “and L. 3133-2” ; b) Where necessary, the reference to the identity number determined pursuant to Article R. 123-221 of the French Commercial Code is replaced by the reference to the RIDET directory number in accordance with locally applicable regulations.
