For the application of Article D. 3133-2 in the Wallis and Futuna Islands : a) The words “to L. 3133-3” are replaced by the words “and L. 3133-2” ; b) Where necessary, the reference to the identity number determined in application of article R. 123-221 of the Commercial Code is replaced by the reference to the locally applicable company register number.
