Section 5: Elements of private project management for works carried out for the purposes of research, testing or experimentation

When, as part of a research programme receiving public financial aid, works are carried out for the purposes of research, testing or experimentation, all the provisions of this chapter apply, with the exception of articles R. 2431-4 to R. 2431-7 relating to the basic assignment for building works.
