The provisions of Sections 1 to 3 of Chapter I shall apply to subcontractors subject to the specific provisions of this paragraph.
The provisions of article R. 2193-18 apply.
Once the contractor fulfils the conditions for receiving an advance, an advance is paid, at their request, to the subcontractors benefiting from direct payment. For the purposes of calculating the amount of this advance payment, the maximum amount is assessed by reference to the amount of the services entrusted to the subcontractor as set out in the contract or in the special deed referred to in article R. 2393-27.
The provisions of articles R. 2193-20 and R. 2193-21 apply.
