Subsection 3: Payment of the subcontractor

The threshold provided for in article L. 2393-13 above which an accepted subcontractor is paid directly by the purchaser is set at 600 euros inclusive of all taxes. With regard to service, works or supply contracts requiring installation work or involving the provision of services, awarded by the defence services, in particular contracts for the creation of prototypes, manufacture, assembly, testing, repairs or maintenance in condition and intellectual services, subcontractors…

The provisions of articles R. 2193-11 to R. 2193-15 apply.

When the subcontractor uses the public invoicing portal mentioned in article L. 2392-5, he submits his request for payment there without any further formality. The holder has fifteen days from the date of this submission to accept or refuse the request for payment on this portal.

A subcontractor whose payment conditions have not been approved by the purchaser shall be paid by the contractor.
