For defence or security contracts meeting a need whose value is equal to or greater than the European thresholds set out in a notice annexed to this code, the purchaser shall send an award notice for publication, within a maximum period of forty-eight days from the signing of the contract. This notice is published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
The provisions of articles R. 2183-2 and R. 2183-3 apply.
