Regular, acceptable and appropriate tenders, which have not been rejected pursuant to articles R. 2152-3 to R. 2152-5 and R. 2153-3, are ranked in descending order by applying the award criteria.
In order to award the contract to the tenderer or, where appropriate, to the tenderers who have submitted the most economically advantageous tender, the purchaser shall base himself: 1° Either on a single criterion which may be : a) Price, provided that the sole object of the contract is the purchase of standardised services or supplies whose quality cannot be varied from one economic operator to another; b) Cost, determined…
In the case of competitive dialogue and innovation partnerships, the most economically advantageous tender is identified on the basis of a number of criteria in accordance with the provisions of 2° of article R. 2152-7.
