Subsection 3: Supporting documents and other evidence relating to the conditions for participation

In order to verify that candidates meet the conditions for participation in the procedure, the purchaser may require the production of the information and documents listed in an order annexed to this code.

If the candidate relies on the capacities of other economic operators, he shall justify the capacities of this or these economic operator(s) and provide proof that he will have them for the performance of the contract. This proof may be provided by any appropriate means.
