Paragraph 3: Contract notices for contracts awarded in accordance with a formal procedure

For contracts awarded in accordance with one of the formalised procedures listed in articles R. 2124-2 to R. 2124-6: 1° The State, its public establishments other than of an industrial and commercial nature, local authorities, their public establishments and their groupings publish a contract notice in the Bulletin officiel des annonces des marchés publics and in the Official Journal of the European Union; 2° Other purchasers publish a contract notice…

The contract notice shall be drawn up in accordance with the model set out in the European Commission Regulation establishing standard forms for the publication of notices in the framework of the award of contracts.
