Paragraph 3: Common provisions relating to the invitation to confirm interest

Where an invitation to tender has been issued in the form of a prior information notice or a periodic indicative notice, the purchaser shall send a simultaneous written invitation to all economic operators who have expressed an interest, asking them to confirm their interest in participating in the award procedure.

The invitation referred to in article R. 2131-10 shall include at least the following information: 1° The nature and quantity of the services required.
