Subsection 2: Coverage of professionalisation contracts

In the absence of a fixed amount for reimbursement as provided for in article D. 6332-85, this amount is set at 9.15 euros per hour or, when it relates to contracts concluded with the persons mentioned in article L. 6325-1-1 or persons on a pathway to integration in an employer grouping for integration and qualification mentioned in the third paragraph of article L. 1253-1, at 15 euros per hour.

Pôle emploi may, on behalf of the managing body of the unemployment insurance scheme through the intermediary of skills operators, pay the costs of professionalisation contracts for jobseekers aged 26 and over.

Expenditure incurred by employers of companies with fewer than 50 employees in excess of the lump sums provided for in article D. 6332-85 may be financed by the skills operator from funds allocated to skills development for the benefit of companies with fewer than 50 employees, in accordance with the procedures defined by the skills operator’s Board of Directors provided for in article L. 6332-17.
