Article D6323-10-5 of the French Labour Code

As part of an application for a professional transition project financed under the conditions mentioned inarticle L. 221-1-5 of the Social Security Code, the employer’s authorisation mentioned in article R. 6323-10 must be express and accompanied by an agreement relating to the co-financing mentioned in 3° of article D. 6323-9-2.
