The interested party may request mediation from France Compétences in application ofarticle R. 6123-14 of the Labour Code. At the request of France Compétences, the regional cross-industry joint committee will forward the employee’s application for funding, together with the reasoned decision to refuse funding for the professional transition project and, where applicable, the decision taken on the appeal.
