Article D6323-20 of the French Labour Code

The deed of constitution of the regional cross-industry joint committee determines its geographical scope and the conditions of its management. In particular, it lays down: 1° The composition and scope of the powers of the joint board of directors; 2° The procedures for appointing the bodies responsible for preparing and implementing the organisation’s management decisions.
