France Compétences is responsible for the processing of personal data implemented by means of the joint national information system referred to in Article R. 6323-21-7.

The joint national information system of the cross-industry joint committees enables the data referred to in II of article R. 6323-34 that it holds to be transmitted to the information system for the personal training account referred to in article L. 6323-8 .
