The mobilisation, by a holder of a personal training account, of additional rights associated with the resources mentioned in article L. 6333-2 is subject to receipt of the corresponding resources by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations.

The funders mentioned in 2° to 14° of II of article L. 6323-4 may entrust the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, where applicable within the framework of an agreement concluded on the basis of article L. 6333-7, with the management of a global envelope of funds enabling it to finance additional rights in application of the provisions of this II or additional contributions in application of the provisions of III…
