The portion of the additional funding allocated, pursuant to the second paragraph of article R. 6123-31, to professionalisation contracts and retraining or promotion through work-linked training is paid up to a ceiling set by order of the Minister responsible for vocational training, based, in particular, on their average observed costs and increases linked to priority groups, made after consultation with France Compétences.

France Compétences allocates the additional funds mentioned in Article R. 6123-31 to the skills operators in accordance with activity forecasts showing a shortfall in coverage. The activity forecasts detail the need for new and existing commitments.
