Section 2: Other prohibited practices

No business or administrative association or cooperative may, on a regular basis, offer products for sale, sell them or provide services if these activities are not provided for in its articles of association.

It is prohibited for any person to offer products for sale or to offer services using, under irregular conditions, the public domain of the State, local authorities and their public establishments.
