I.- The Committee is chaired by the Chief Medical Officer of the Armed Forces Hospital or the person designated by him for this purpose. The Vice-Chairman is appointed by the Chairman of the Committee. II – If the Chairman of the Users’ Commission is unable to attend or is absent for a prolonged period, his duties will be carried out by the Vice-Chairman.

The mediators referred to in 2° of Article R. 6147-117 are a doctor mediator and a non-physician mediator.
