For the purposes of medical fitness, prevention and emergency care for their staff, the structures mentioned in 1°, 2° and 3° of article R. 5126-68 supply, under the responsibility of a pharmacist from the in-house pharmacy or a doctor, the medicines and medical devices, particularly those for in vitro diagnostics, which they require.
