Paragraph 2: Managing pharmacists

The provisions of article R. 5126-38 are applicable to the in-house pharmacies of the Paris fire brigade and the Marseille marine fire brigade.

The pharmacy for internal use of the Paris fire brigade and the pharmacy for internal use of the Marseilles marine fire brigade are each managed by a pharmacist from the armed forces health service, assigned to the Paris fire brigade or the Marseilles marine fire brigade. Whatever the cause and duration of the absence of the pharmacist responsible for managing the internal use pharmacy, he shall be replaced under the conditions defined by the statutory provisions applicable to him or by the contract binding him to the employer. The replacement is subject to the same service obligations as the pharmacist he replaces.
