When prisons or administrative detention centres cannot be supplied on a daily basis by the in-house pharmacy of the health establishment designated in application of article R. 6111-27 to provide public hospital service, the in-house pharmacy has premises located within the prison health unit or the medical unit of the administrative detention centre.
