An in-house pharmacy may have legal entities mentioned in article L. 4211-5 provide the following services under the conditions laid down in that article: 1° The supply of gases for medical use to patients hospitalised at home; 2° The supply of oxygen for medical use to people accommodated by an establishment mentioned in 3° of article R. 5126-1.
