Article R5126-11 of the French Public Health Code

When an internal-use pharmacy is no longer able to carry out one or more of its tasks and activities, it may entrust other internal-use pharmacies with their implementation. The competent administrative authority referred to in Article L. 5126-4 shall be informed immediately of the adoption of such an organisation, of the expected duration of its implementation and of the measures necessary to restore the normal operation of the internal-use pharmacy.
