Section 7: Other provisions

For the application of 1° of Article L. 5126-5, an agreement is concluded between the establishment to which the in-house pharmacy belongs and the healthcare professional or the biologist responsible for the medical biology laboratory.

For the supply of maritime companies operating ships, in application of 4° of article L. 5126-5, pharmacies for internal use may supply pharmacies with medicines reserved for hospital use, on presentation of an order form under the conditions set by an order of the Minister for Health.
