The provisions of article L. 571-2 are applicable to proceedings relating to offences under articles L. 572-1 and L. 572-2.

It is punishable by six months’ imprisonment and a fine of 7,500 euros for any person to oppose the exercise by customs officers of the powers they have under article L. 524-7.
