It is punishable by six months’ imprisonment and a fine of €7,500 for any person making a public offer of tokens within the meaning of Article L. 552-3, to disseminate information containing inaccurate or misleading information or to use a name, company name, advertising or any other process that leads to the belief that it has obtained the approval provided for in Article L. 552-4.
