Subsection 5: Penalties for non-compliance with the obligation to declare and provide information

In addition to the officers and agents of the criminal investigation department, the labour inspectors referred to in article L. 8112-1 and the inspectors of the social security bodies are authorised to record the offences referred to in article L. 7122-16.

A decree of the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the conditions of application of this section.
