Subsection 2: Termination of proceedings

At any time, all of the constituted parties may apply to the Pre-Trial Judge for the partial closure of the investigation. In support of their request, they shall produce a deed countersigned by lawyers that sets out the claims in respect of which they are seeking a partial judgment. The partial judgment shall decide in its operative part only those claims that are the subject of the partial closure provided for in article 807-1. The court may order provisional enforcement, under the conditions of articles 515 to 517-4.

The closure of the investigation provided for in the 1st paragraph of article 799 may not take place before the expiry of the time limit for appeal against the partial judgment or, where an appeal has been lodged, before delivery of the decision ruling on this appeal.
