Section 3: Application to the armed forces health service

After authorisation by the Minister for Defence, elements of the armed forces health service wishing to implement a protocol mentioned in Article L. 4011-3 which has not been the subject of the authorisation provided for in 1° of I of Article L. 4011-5 must declare to the regional health agency that it is being implemented under their responsibility, under the conditions set out in Article D. 4011-4.

The Armed Forces Health Service is responsible for the annual monitoring and evaluation of the protocols provided for in 1° and 2° of I of article L. 4011-5.

After authorisation from the Minister responsible for defence, health professionals in the armed forces health service may draw up or participate in the local cooperation protocols provided for in Article L. 4011-4 which meet the essential quality and safety requirements mentioned in Article L. 4011-2. 4011-2.
