Subsection 2: Provisions relating to Mayotte

Subsection 4 of Section 4 of Chapter I of Title III of Book III of this Part shall not apply to Mayotte.

For the application of articles R. 6331-52 and R. 6332-72 in Mayotte, the words: “the body mentioned in article L. 225-1-1” are replaced by the words: “the social security fund mentioned in article 22 of order no. 96-1122 of 20 December 1996 relating to the improvement of public health, sickness, maternity, disability, death and autonomy insurance, the financing of social security in Mayotte and the Mayotte social security fund”.

In application of article L. 6523-1-2, a cross-industry skills operator approved under article L. 6332-1-1 is authorised by joint order of the ministers responsible for vocational training and the overseas departments and territories to manage in Mayotte, for a period of five years, the contributions mentioned in title III of book one of part six of this code.

I.-The approved cross-industry skills operators concerned are invited, by means of a call for applications, to send the ministers responsible for vocational training and the overseas departments and territories a request for authorisation accompanied by evidence: 1° That they have a local presence; 2° That they are able to provide local services to companies operating in the territory. The skills operator authorised in application of article R. 6523-2-10 specifies in an appendix to the statistical and financial statement provided for in article R. 6332-31, for the territory, the amounts of funds managed and funds spent, as well as the number of employees concerned.
