The provisions of articles R. 6523-2-10 to R. 6523-2-14 are applicable, under article L. 6523-1-3, to this sub-section.

For the application of articles R. 6331-52 and R. 6332-72 to Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, the words: “the body mentioned in article L. 225-1-1” are replaced respectively by the words: “the body mentioned in the second paragraph of article L. 752-1 of the Social Security Code” and “the body mentioned in the third paragraph of article L. 752-1 of the Social Security Code”.
