Chapter I: Military personnel serving in the French army

Military healthcare professionals covered by the provisions of article L. 4138-2 of the Defence Code receive, at the time of registration provided for in article L. 4061-1 of this Code, a certificate issued by the Minister for Defence, the content and conditions of validity of which are set by order of the latter. The authentication of signatures required for certain administrative formalities is carried out by the same Minister.
