Subsection 3: Financial contributions to the fire and rescue service budget from municipalities, public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation and the European Collectivity of Alsace

In compliance with the competitive tendering rules set out in the public procurement code, the Collectivité européenne d’Alsace may carry out, on behalf of and at the request of one of the public establishments mentioned in article L. 1424-92, the maintenance of all of its material resources.
