When the social responsibility charter is approved, the platform mentions this on its website and on the charter appended to the contracts or general conditions of use that bind it to the workers as follows: “Pursuant toarticle L. 7342-9 of the French Labour Code, this social responsibility charter was approved by administrative decision on [date]. ”
