The court seised of a dispute referred to in the first paragraph of article L. 7342-10 shall rule on the merits in accordance with the accelerated procedure. The procedure is without compulsory representation.

The four-month period referred to in the second paragraph of article L. 7342-10 runs from the date on which the copy of the summons is delivered to the registry.

If it has not given a ruling within the four-month period referred to in the second paragraph of article L. 7342-10, the judicial court is relinquished of the case.
