Chapter I: CASES IN WHICH A FOREIGNER MAY BE THE SUBJECT OF AN EXPULSION DECISION

The administrative authority may decide to expel a foreign national when his or her presence in France constitutes a serious threat to public order, subject to the conditions specific to foreign nationals mentioned in articles L. 631-2 and L. 631-3.
