The provisions of this section apply when the foreign national is not under house arrest pursuant to article L. 731-1 or detention pursuant to article L. 741-1.
If, during the course of the proceedings, the foreign national is placed under house arrest pursuant to article L. 731-1 or placed in detention pursuant to article L. 741-1, articles L. 614-7 to L. 614-13 shall be applied.
