Section 3: Beneficiaries of stateless status

A foreign national who has been granted stateless status under Book V will be issued with a multi-annual residence permit bearing the words “beneficiary of stateless status” for a maximum period of four years.

The card issued in application of 2° of article L. 424-19 may not be withdrawn by the administrative authority when the community of life has been broken off due to family or marital violence.
