Section 5: Foreign nationals in seasonal employment

A foreign national who works in a seasonal job, as defined in 3° of article L. 1242-2 of the Labour Code, and who undertakes to maintain his or her usual residence outside France, will be issued with a multi-annual residence permit bearing the wording “seasonal worker” for a maximum period of three years.
