Throughout the period of detention in the waiting area, foreign nationals have the rights granted to them in article L. 343-1. The public prosecutor and, after the first four days, the liberty and detention judge, may visit the premises to check the conditions of this placement and obtain the register mentioned in the second paragraph of article L. 341-2.
