Foreign nationals whose situation is governed by this book who do not have the entry documents mentioned in article L. 221-1 shall be given all reasonable means to enable them to obtain them within a reasonable time or to have their status as beneficiaries of the right to move and reside freely in France confirmed or proven by other means, before they are turned back.
