Article L240-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The provisions of Book V are applicable to foreign nationals whose situation is governed by this Book with the exception of the provisions of Article L. 521-1 relating to the determination of the State responsible for examining the asylum application, the provisions of articles L. 521-2, L. 521-5, L. 522-1 to L. 522-5 and 1° of article L. 531-27 as well as the provisions of Title VII.
