In Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Mayotte and Reunion, an immigration observatory assesses the application of the policy to regulate migratory flows and immigration conditions in each of these collectivities.It meets once every six months.Each observatory may propose to the Government any adaptation measures made necessary by the particular characteristics and constraints of these collectivities.
