Chapter VI: PROVISIONS APPLICABLE IN NEW CALEDONIA

Subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter, the following provisions shall apply in New Caledonia in the wording resulting from the ordonnance n° 2020-1733 du 16 décembre 2020, unless otherwise stated or mentioned as applying ipso jure in the table below.

For the application of this book in New Caledonia: 1° A l’article L. 140-1, the reference to Article L. 142-4 is deleted; 2° In Article L. 141-2, the words: “or transfer to the State responsible for examining their asylum application” are deleted; 3° Article L. 142-1 is worded as follows: “Art.
