The personal data collected pursuant to article R. 814-1 is in particular:1° Surname and first names;2° Date and place of birth;3° Nationality;4° The foreign national’s usual place of residence;5° The foreign national’s mobile phone number and e-mail address;6° Date of arrival at the establishment and expected date of departure.Data relating to children under the age of 15 may appear on the record of an accompanying adult.
