The personal data collected pursuant to article R. 814-1 is in particular:1° Surname and first names;2° Date and place of birth;3° Nationality;4° The foreign national’s usual place of residence;5° The foreign national’s mobile phone number and e-mail address;6° Date of arrival at the establishment and expected date of departure.Data relating to children under the age of 15 may appear on the record of an accompanying adult.

The records drawn up pursuant to article R. 814-1 must be kept for a period of six months and handed over, at their request, to the police and gendarmerie units.This transmission may be carried out in dematerialised form. .
