Section 2: Application to suspend enforcement of a removal decision until expiry of the time limit for appeal or in the event of an appeal to the Cour nationale du droit d'asile (National Asylum Court)

The submission, investigation and judgment by the administrative courts of applications for suspension of enforcement of a removal decision submitted pursuant to article L. 753-7 are governed by the rules set out in Chapter VII quater of Title VII of Book VII of the Code of Administrative Justice.
