The delegate of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees or his authorised representatives may speak with the person in charge of the place of detention and, when they are present, with the agents of the French Office for Immigration and Integration responsible for humanitarian assistance.They may also speak confidentially with persons held in detention who have applied for asylum.
